Teen drams don't excite me much but once I came to know that it was created by Mindy Kailing in the promos, I thought why not. It is a very good coming of age story, which takes the minority angle. Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, the lead, played wonderfully by completely transforming into that character. It is not an average teen drama, it had so many good heart touching moments and deep character study. The characters coping with the various issues are properly dealt with. It is tailored made to binge-watch. One could enjoy this show if they can filter out some(many) stereotypical comments made on Indian culture.
