Boy oh boy, this season is getting trashed by many fans across the internet. But considering that this was not a planned mid-season break, it is still good. I am hoping that a good piece of meat is on the other side of the break. Storywise it feels like just the previous seasons. But by adding some new characters they are keeping it fresh. The new additions have been well cast. I am not sure but I think there is something missing in this season of Billions comparing to their best seasons. It may be the fewer interactions between Chuck and Axe or Chuck and Wendy or perhaps that Taylor's limited time on screen. All the things are perfectly set in motion so I think they still can give a wonderful second half of this season.
