The fourth episode is out and it has three separate storylines for the team members. Let's get to the review...
The first being the road trip of Hughie, Annie, and MM as their guardian. The other is the reunion of Becca and Butcher. The plot of grieving Kimiko is the last one. On the Seven's side, Homelander is fearing the Stormfront might become the face of the Seven. Stormfront is out making new fans for herself. And Maeve's secret is spilled out of the bag by the Homelander.
The Becca and Butcher reunion felt kinda rushed. Everything happened a little fast and it was not so emotional as I expected. The expectation was pretty high considering they are meeting after so many years and it was one of the main plots of both seasons.
The road trip was fun. We got to learn the backstory of MM and the main story they might go for this season. The sudden reveal was good and can lead to a lot of different possibilities storywise. This reveal could change the whole plot of this season like the big reveals last season did. It happened just at the right time of the season, halfway through it.
