Review Bytes[S02E01]: Ted Lasso[S01E09]

This felt like a complete episode in some sort and it really did a good job of setting up the finale.

Rebecca confesses to Ted who takes it very lightly after all his character is such. But the main story is a very real one every sportsperson faces.

The problem of aging is very real in sports. We got to see this problem in the eyes of Roy Kent. He was the best player in every club he has played until now. We get to see his frustrations, anger, and eventually acceptance. This was beautifully shown in this episode.

That problem was shown through the coach's side too. We got to see Coach Beard getting angry at Ted for the first time. The points spoke by Coach Beard was real and to the point. After Rebecca gets a pep talk from Ted for the umpteenth time we get to see her soft side. She hires Higgins back.
