The fourth episode is out now and it is slowly building towards a thrilling end...
So a recap... Johnathan makes a deal with Franklin to get bail and have found a good lawyer in Haley. Grace is troubled by another one of the police findings. This time it is an oil painting of her by Elena. She also has a panic attack which Johnathan uses to his advantage to sway her to his side.
At last Franklin (Donald Sutherland) got the screen time and he was good at it. Both while confronting Mr. Connaver and also while telling his daughter that he was not true to her mother. Johnathan really is capable of manipulating anybody he sets his mind to.
But Grace's story had a little growth to it as same as the central mystery. Not until the very end, we did get any growth on the mystery. But it really didn't bother me, as the character growth for Johnathan and Franklin was seen through.
Haley too seems like a very good character (obviously not in the moral sense). Hoping for a thrilling finish in the last two episodes.
Episode Rating: B+
Little Things:
Haley's comment on Hugh Grant's face "Handsome charismatic client. Capable of mesmerizing" was good
My guess is that Sylvia might play a bigger role
