Another week another great episode from the hit NBC comedy "Superstore". They now have a streak of three great episodes which all are equally perfect. All that said let us get into the breakdown of this wonderful episode.
For me, I think this the best episode after the winter break. The episode was packed with so so many funny gags and super quirky dialogues. Glenn asking Jeff about the flooding is such a Glenn moment and it was so excellently executed. Not only that particular scene but the entire episode was also jam-packed with funny moments.
Jeff is at Cloud Nine after a long gap. He forces all the employees to improve the ratings by getting the customer satisfaction survey. As this branch has a very negative impression with the corporate Glenn and Dina has no way other than to get the customer ratings up desperately. This allowed the writers full freedom to create the subsequent hijinks.
All the gags and all the character pairings are so memorable. The Cheyenne and Glenn, Marcus and Dina, and Garrett, Mateo, and Jeff pairings worked well for this little episode. Jonah being with the other so-called freaks and shadow people worked well too. Seeing Jonah like this was a bit sad though. He getting blamed is the running comedy of this season.
Even the small scenes worked well to make this a very good episode. I always felt that the show is having a premature cancellation and this episode is a good proving point. Only three episodes left in its final season.

This episode sets up the final arc for Jonah of him not belonging both in the front and in the back
last week they have announced that America Ferrara is coming back for the last episodes. This arc for Jonah nicely sets up for her return too
I think Jeff might have some character in the last three episodes. Him getting back his job seems like a proper send-off to that character
